Ali Sami is a Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial at LEXIR Law Firm. He advises Iraqi and international clients on company formation, foreign-company branches, commercial contracts, corporate governance, market entry, regulatory compliance, taxation, employment and social-security matters. Before co-founding LEXIR, Ali worked in the Corporate and Commercial practice of an international law firm and later served as Corporate Legal Manager for a major real-estate developer in Iraq. He holds an LL.M. and an LL.B. and is a member of the Iraq Bar Association.
