Taha Hussein
Taha Hussein is a Litigation Associate at LEXIR Law Firm. He supports the firm’s litigation and dispute-resolution practice on court proceedings, debt-recovery and enforcement matters, case preparation and case-portfolio follow-up under partner supervision, alongside legal research, drafting and evidence review.
Taha is an M.A. candidate in Private Law at the University of Baghdad and is currently in the research stage after completing the preparatory year. He holds an LL.B. from Al-Mustansiriya University, College of Law.
His academic and professional interests include private law, commercial law and contemporary legal developments affecting businesses and contractual relationships in Iraq. He has experience preparing legal research papers and academic articles and is proficient in legal databases, structured legal writing and the analysis of complex legal issues.
