Digital-Bank Transformation — Legal & Regulatory Restructuring

LEXIR has led the Iraqi legal and regulatory workstream for the transformation of an electronic-payment services business toward a digital-bank structure. The mandate has included corporate restructuring, governance and ownership alignment, constitutional-document amendments, coordination of company-law implementation steps, and legal support for compliance with the applicable Central Bank of Iraq framework and Iraqi Companies Law.

The work illustrates LEXIR’s ability to support a regulated business transformation across the full implementation cycle rather than treating regulatory, corporate and governance issues as separate advisory exercises.
