LEXIR has led the Iraqi legal workstream on a multi-party share sale and purchase involving a regulated Iraqi bank, a payment-technology business and a regional financial-services investor. The mandate included transaction structuring, review and negotiation of share-transfer documentation, corporate approvals, Companies Law requirements and implementation of the transaction under Iraqi law.
